We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Branch Network Management Trainee to join our Consumer, Small and Business Banking division at Wells Fargo Bank. This is an interim non-exempt position until the trainee has received certification of program completion and been placed into a branch.

About this Role

This role involves leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes. Successful candidates will be able to lead a highly defined customer engagement process, coaching to specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced customer experience and drive growth in the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
  • Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.
  • Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $26.59 - $47.26 per hour.
