Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Academic Program Coordinator to join our team at the University of Texas at Austin. This role will be responsible for coordinating activities in compliance with accreditation standards and criteria, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to requests, and developing and maintaining organized records for ACCME review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities in compliance with accreditation standards and criteria
  • Ensure prompt and courteous responses to requests
  • Develop and maintain organized records for ACCME review
  • Interface with ACCME and other accreditation organization personnel
  • Develop and maintain organized records for ACCME review
  • Coordinate the distribution and tracking of evaluations
  • Provide direction to activity directors and coordinators
  • Monitor and oversee compliance with policies of AMA, TMA, ACCME, and other accrediting bodies
  • Oversee timely and accurate entry of CME data in databases
  • Prepare reports as required for the CME Committee and accreditation agencies
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Dell Med operations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to analyze operating practices and procedures to create or revise organizational methods
  • Ability to generate agendas and minutes for meetings and/or committees
  • Ability to identify and research physician educational needs for CME
