Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Logistics and Operations

  • Manage event schedules, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of duties.
  • Stay within budget and ensure quality execution of duties.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with program leadership, cross-functional team members, and external partners.
  • Develop and disseminate orientation communications and materials.
  • Proactively communicate information across multiple team members and functional areas.

Student Support

  • Advise students individually and in groups regarding academic requirements, class selection, and campus resources.
  • Maintain advising records and confidential student evaluation records.

Training and Development

  • Train, supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior program staff.
  • Provide feedback on current processes and support planning and implementation of process improvements.
