We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Resident to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality counseling services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
- Work closely with a licensed supervisor to develop and refine your clinical skills.
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision to ensure best practices and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.
- A comprehensive training program, including regular supervision, case consultations, and peer support.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
