About the Role

The Computer Merchant, LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our People Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of high-priority enablement initiatives, driving business process improvements, and managing cross-functional integrations of HR technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a diverse range of strategic projects for the People team, including project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and coordinate the preparation of tangible deliverables, such as internal process documentation, user guides, and governance materials.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create and implement process improvements and transformations across new and existing People processes.
  • Identify opportunity areas where HR process management and new technology can significantly impact efficiency, quality, profitability, and employee satisfaction.
  • Facilitate process improvement meetings and workshops, including business process requirement gathering, brainstorming, and leadership project roadmap sessions.
Requirements
  • 5 years of project management experience, with at least one year of experience supporting improvement/transformation work, and preferably HR technology implementation and process improvement.
  • Experience planning, organizing, and leading multiple projects and work streams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success supporting strategic initiatives and projects in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide strategic insight.
  • A delivery/results focus, with the ability to motivate team members, foster strong relationships, drive change, and facilitate problem-solving discussions.
