Job Title: Strategic Transformation Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Program Manager to lead our global ledger operations transformation program. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in program management, financial accounting, and operations, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy to achieve our global ledger operations transformation goals.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to design and implement a new global financial accounting and general ledger platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a single global ledger operating model and end-to-end business process automated through Oracle.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
  • Provide program management consolidation, governance, progress tracking, and issue identification and escalation across operations footprint.

Requirements:

  • Domain expertise across operations and finance functions and tools.
  • Expert knowledge in end-to-end transaction lifecycle process.
  • Change management experience of large, complex implementations and transformation program expertise in finance and or operations.
  • Extensive knowledge in migration techniques and tools to ensure seamless transition of data from legacy to new general ledger platform.
  • Extensive knowledge of process improvement with a track record of streamlining operational or finance process.
  • Good understanding of general ledger, systems, their functionalities, and best practice implementing.
  • Knowledge of both Markets and Banking products from transaction booking to cash settlement and controls therein.
  • Experience in managing software vendors and 3rd party consultant teams.
  • Ability to align operational process with organizational strategies, with proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
