Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cradle-to-grave contract and subcontract administration, including procurement planning.
  • Negotiate and administer non-disclosure, teaming, and other binding arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with solicitations, complete reps and certs, support and attend proposal reviews, and submit proposals.
  • Formulate and execute strategic assessments of business pursuits.
  • Negotiate contracts and subcontracts consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) requirements.
  • Process contract and subcontract close-out documents in a timely manner to support company financial objectives.
  • Advise and implement strategies around contractual issues.
  • Actively participate in proposal processes and ensure compliance with solicitations.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in a related field preferred.
  • US citizen.
  • 5-10 years' experience with cradle-to-grave contracts management/administration experience.
  • Significant experience and expertise in contracting with the U.S. government acquisition organizations and as a subcontractor to prime contracts.
  • Experience with proposal development, negotiation, contract administration, and contract close-out.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal purchasing regulations and ability to document contracts/subcontracts accordingly.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $104,000 - $186,440.00.
