Federal Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a strong background in Federal Construction to oversee projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all activities on construction projects, including new building construction and demolition activities.
  • Control budgets and scheduling of construction activities during pre-construction meetings.
  • Verify construction work is completed per the plans and construction specifications.
  • Enforce construction site rules and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and manage a construction schedule.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Construction leadership experience, preferably in Federal Construction.
  • Experience leading Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects.
  • Valid driver's license.
