About the Job: In this role, you will provide direct care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding, according to individual care plans and preferences. You will also assist residents with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, documenting vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant information accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.

Benefits Package:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
