Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Recreation Coordinator to join our team at the Keizer Campus Operations LLC. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and distribute a monthly activities calendar and newsletter for residents and family members.
  • Coordinate and schedule outside vendors and presenters.
  • Participate in community event planning with the marketing staff.
  • Maintain a warm, patient, and enthusiastic environment for residents.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a social or recreation program, or similar experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with residents.
