About the Role:

- As a RN Floor Supervisor/Resident Care Manager at Avamere Court at Keizer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.">
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
">- ">
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.">
- Making daily rounds to ensure all nursing staff are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.">
- Reviewing nurses' notes to guarantee accuracy and completeness, while also identifying areas for improvement.">
- Maintaining open communication with all facility personnel to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient care delivery.">
- Participating in reviews of discharge plans and preparing reports as directed by the Care Plan Committee.">
- Delegating tasks, training, evaluating, and supporting RN, LPN, and CNA personnel.">
- Providing direct nursing care when necessary, demonstrating expertise and compassion in every interaction.">
- Assisting the Director of Nursing Services and filling in as needed to support the team's success.">
- Participating in surveys by authorized government agencies to demonstrate compliance and excellence in care.">
- Making recommendations for new or modified procedures, policies, methods, education, reference materials, and general nursing practices to maintain the highest level of quality patient care.">
- Attending continuing education programs to stay current with changes in the profession and participating in/providing leadership for in-service training for nursing personnel.">
What We're Looking For:

- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.">
- A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.">
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting.">
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.">
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.">
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.">
- The ability to maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.">
