The ideal candidate will provide leadership, training, direction, and support to hotel employees, ensuring a high-quality product and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide market analysis and forecast local market conditions to inform revenue management decisions.
  • Support sales efforts and train front desk staff to successfully perform selling techniques and procedures.
  • Manage financial results, including forecasting changes in operating expenses and labor costs, and adjusting controllable expenses to maintain profit margins.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by managing employees to deliver quality products and services.
  • Train and develop employees in accordance with Human Resources programs and guidelines.
  • Administer company policies and procedures for human resources management, payroll administration, and fair treatment of employees.
  • Provide leadership and conduct business in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager or other hotel management role.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of computer software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
