KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the scheduling and management of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information regarding their shipments.
  • Utilize multiple internal systems to manage and track shipments efficiently.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills in appointment setting, order creation, shipment activation, load building, tracking, and invoicing.

WORK SCHEDULE:

The initial training phase will require full-time availability, followed by a structured work schedule that includes 8-hour shifts during weekdays.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
