Bilingual Client Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Client Product Support Specialist to join our team at CoStar Realty Information, Inc. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in English and Spanish, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate support to clients via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively resolve client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular feedback to management.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
