PT Overnight Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service specialist to join our team at Legal Intake Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling incoming calls, and ensuring that all client information is accurately gathered and documented.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.
- Handle incoming calls, gathering and documenting client information accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive hourly rate: $20/hour with perfect attendance, $18/hour without.
