Automation Solutions Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automation Sales, Regional Manager to join our fast-growing team at Jobot.
This role is a unique opportunity to spearhead sales and business development initiatives within a designated region, focusing on our automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within the region.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs and volume potential, and implement plans to expand sales territory.
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinate and liaise between the sales department and engineering.
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of the proposed client base.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing solutions sales, specifically in automation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, with the ability to understand and present technical concepts.
- Strong sales forecasting abilities and experience in territory development.
- Availability to travel extensively within the designated region.
