The Customer Account Specialist is a key role within TriMas Corporation, serving as the primary point of contact for external customers and internal stakeholders. This position requires a self-motivated and self-directed individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage customer purchase orders and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
  • Experience with Syteline or equivalent MRP systems a plus.
  • Strong customer focus, analytical, and project management skills.
