Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Acumen to stakeholders, including state partners, local program staff, and clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing programs and forge new business opportunities.
  • Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including state/program representatives and advocacy groups.
  • Develop strategies to support program growth through marketing, education, and community outreach.
  • Act as liaison between funding entities and Acumen, communicating opportunities and issues that may impact clients or the company.
  • Supervise staff, including interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, and providing performance evaluations.
  • Understand and stay up-to-date on program rules, regulations, and implementation needs.
  • Represent Acumen publicly at events, such as conferences and trade shows.
  • Report program statistics and information to key stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to enrolling employers, employees, and contract partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in organizational management related to self-directed services.
  • Prior experience managing and supervising team members.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 60%.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
