About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in need.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health concerns.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based treatments and best practices in the field of mental health.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • Current licensure as a therapist in one or more US states.
  • Experience working with adult, child, and adolescent populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
