Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support student success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to enhance student communication abilities.
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student communication needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Active or pending state SLP license.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on student-centered care.
