Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Director of Credit and Accounts Receivable to lead our Global Credit and Shared Services organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global credit and accounts receivable strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership across the order-to-cash cycle to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to global teams to ensure effective execution of credit and accounts receivable processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, customer care, and finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Lead strategic projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation.
  • Establish goals and monitor key performance metrics to measure the quality and efficiency of credit and collection related processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years of managing a Shared Services Team.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to embrace Regal Rexnord's 80/20 principle.
  • Proven experience in standardizing and documenting financial processes and procedures.
  • Experience with large ERP's (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Project management experience with ability and willingness to take ownership of projects and assignments with minimal direction from leadership.
  • Ability to identify, track, and manage key performance metrics as required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
  • Driven self-starter with strong self-responsibility and ability to operate autonomously.
  • Experience working with transformation management and organizational change.
  • Possesses strong character and integrity, as well as strong executive presence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Schedule flexibility due to global communications.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
