Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insightful feedback to the Imaging Center Manager regarding the performance and quality of the radiology team.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire team members through effective coaching and training.
  • Document and monitor performance metrics during evaluation periods, providing comprehensive reports to management.
  • Encourage flexibility in staff assignments and ensure effective delegation of tasks across departments.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices in radiology.
  • Maintain hands-on technical skills by performing radiologic duties as needed.
  • Support facility initiatives and act as a representative for the Imaging Center Manager when required.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and performance assessment of Radiology Technologists.

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT(R) certification.
  • Valid State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
  • CPR certification.
  • Proven ability to uphold quality standards in radiologic practices.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: USD $50.00
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with varying shifts.
Incentives:
Bonus of $3000.00 available.
