We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Process Optimization Lead to join our team at Titan Industries. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in advising our clients on optimizing their financial and tax business processes and structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and modernize financial and tax business processes, reporting processes, and reporting lines using state-of-the-art software.
  • Provide advice on optimizing and automating these processes.
  • Offer technical guidance to colleagues and support their development at Titan Industries.
Requirements
  • A degree in business administration, economics, (business) informatics, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on business administration or data analytics/business intelligence.
  • Extensive experience in process capture, analysis, or optimization, ideally in the finance and/or tax sector.
  • Excellent user knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance tools.
  • A strong team spirit and excellent conceptual and analytical skills.
  • A communicative consulting personality with very good English skills.
  • Motivation to further develop team and client structures.
  • Willingness to travel.
