We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Engineer to join our team in Columbia, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the client integration office's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, methods, and tools, and present findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitate discussions with Leadership and warfighting architecture stakeholders to help refine the client's definition of success and identify current frustrations.
  • Design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate research and illustrative analysis using root cause analysis and developed research posting models to communicate discrepancies across divisional departments.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI clearance with willingness to sit for a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in business process re-engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience with using process improvement methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience in writing content for plans, reports, regulations, and SOPs.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
