Job Summary

This Contract Administrator role is responsible for ensuring compliance with physician and provider compensation contracts. The successful candidate will apply technical expertise to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation calculations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and validating compensation calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Preparing approval documents for new providers/renewals and submitting to CHIs Medical Group Leadership Council (MGLC) and corporate counsel for review.
  • Auditing and identifying variances/deficiencies and escalating issues to appropriate parties in accordance with established procedures.
  • Providing physician, financial, and payroll reporting and analysis.
