Job Overview

The Physician Contract Administrative Coordinator is an essential role within the Franciscan Finance team in Tacoma. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review and validate physician and provider compensation calculations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. This role also involves auditing contracts for compliance and identifying variances or deficiencies.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Five years of directly applicable work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to accurately research and interpret clinician employment agreements
  • Proficiency in complex contractual and compensation calculations
