Financial Reporting Specialist

The Financial Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of SEC filing through Workiva. This role will perform required activities to ensure accurate reporting according to SEC and US GAAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end process of preparing and filing SEC reporting including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and potentially the 8-K.
Preparing, reviewing, and editing any comments within Workiva.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience with a combination of public accounting and recent tech industry accounting experience.
Candidates should have extensive working knowledge of Workiva software.
Expert level excel skills.
Candidates should possess extensive technical accounting skills.
Expected schedule is 20 hours per week, however there will be weeks in between filing deadlines where contractors will have no work to perform.
