Health and Wellness Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Health and Wellness Director to oversee the health and wellness services for our independent and assisted living residents at Fairwinds Redmond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents, while promoting a culture of wellness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Health and Wellness Department and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans for residents.
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors and healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in geriatric care and management.
- Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
- Nursing degree required, LPN or RN.
