We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health & Wellness Nurse to join our team at Overlake Terrace Retirement Community. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics, promoting a culture of wellness and prevention.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in senior care.
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of Washington.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing the needs of our residents.
