Health and Wellness Director Opportunity at Fairwinds Redmond

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as Health & Wellness Director serving independent and assisted living residents at Fairwinds Redmond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Health & Wellness Department and provide exceptional care to support our residents.
  • Conduct health assessments and develop services plans for all community residents.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and vendors to meet residents' health needs.
  • Supervise and support a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  • Establish staffing guidelines to ensure all requested services are provided.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience.
  • Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field (recommended).
  • Nursing degree required (LPN or RN).
