About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Health and Wellness Nurse to join our team at Overlake Terrace Retirement Community. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and advocacy.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of Washington.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
