Ambulatory Sales Solutions Expert

Azalea Health Innovations Inc is seeking a highly skilled Ambulatory Sales Solutions Engineer to join our sales team. As a key member, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing resources to drive technical sales efforts, engaging with prospects and clients to understand their needs, and presenting innovative solutions aligned with our products and services.
This hands-on and client-facing role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering value through cutting-edge solutions. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate a relentless pursuit of operational excellence and bring deep expertise in Practice Management, EHR, and/or RCM solutioning for healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions, effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Consultation: Engage with clients and prospects to understand their business needs and technical requirements, providing technical consultation and guidance during the pre-sales process.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose customized solutions that meet client requirements, developing technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and specifications.
- Sales Support: Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary documentation, collaborating with the sales team to strategize and overcome technical objections.
- Proof of Concepts (POCs): Lead the creation and execution of proof of concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback from client interactions and contribute to product improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their evolving needs.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions to ensure a competitive edge in solution design.
- Education: BS/BA degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2-4 years of PM/EHR customer support, training, and/or onboarding experience.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal technical and communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of PM/EHR solutions and the healthcare IT industry.
