Kinaxis Solutions Expert

The Solutions Consultant will be the primary point of contact between client super users and the consulting team leadership. This role involves managing configuration sprint sessions, delivering solution designs, and collaborating with clients to ensure a smooth implementation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in authoring solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Partners to articulate the value of RapidResponse and discuss implementation methodologies.
- Lead Deployment Workshops to help clients achieve immediate value from their investment.
- Test complex data and analytic configurations to ensure the solution produces expected results.
- Configure the RapidResponse interface according to client needs as defined in Agile user stories and blueprint designs.
- Participate in evaluating risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
- Contribute to technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion.
- Develop client-ready materials related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or a relevant field; or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive experience leading development teams in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing.
- Five plus years of relevant experience in business software consulting and/or manufacturing and demand/supply management.
- Five plus years of experience working as a RapidResponse Solution Consultant - Solution Consultant Level 1 Certified.
- Five plus years of experience with functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service operations, or transportation management.
- Five plus years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse required.
- Detailed knowledge of functional supply chain solutions such as ERP/MRP, Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Aggregated Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, and managing planning activities with distributors and contract manufacturers.
- Kinaxis RapidResponse integration experience with enterprise level applications such as ERP.
- Understanding of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment.
- Experience in systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration a plus.
- Preferred: Automotive Industry experience.
