Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Mechanical Inspector II to conduct on-site inspections of complex mechanical installations in new construction or renovation projects for contract and specification compliance. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in mechanical installation, maintenance, or inspection work and hold a master plumber license issued by the State Board of Plumbing, the Baltimore County Plumbing Board, or the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site inspections of complex mechanical installations to ensure compliance with contract and specification requirements.
  • Have five years of experience in mechanical installation, maintenance, or inspection work.
  • Hold a master plumber license issued by the State Board of Plumbing, the Baltimore County Plumbing Board, or the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and revise drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to conduct field investigations and make effective recommendations.
  • Mathematic ability.
  • Ability to communicate and deal effectively with others.
  • Ability to maintain records and write reports.
