Job Title: Construction Inspector I

Job Summary:

WebHawkx LLC is seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector I to join our team. As a Construction Inspector I, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet the required standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
  • Verify that construction materials and equipment meet the required specifications.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure that they are performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Identify and report any deviations or non-compliance issues to the project manager.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction standards and specifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior public works inspection experience.
  • Certified Public Infrastructure Inspector (CPII) from the American Public Works Association.
  • Experience with construction management software and tools.
