Job Description

WebHawkx, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our Public Works department, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Verify that materials and equipment meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and contractors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of inspections and findings.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in public works inspection or a related field.
  • Certifications such as NASSCO (PACP, MACP, LACP), ITCP, or Maryland Rural Water Operators License.
  • College degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
