Job Title: Construction Inspector

Job Summary:

RIG Consulting Inc. is seeking a qualified Transportation Engineering Technician for our ongoing Highway and bridge projects in Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of MDOT, Highway, or related transportation construction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inspections to determine if appropriate materials and construction processes are used per SHA standards and specifications.
  • Inspect drawing reviews and documentation of daily activities.
  • Maintain project documents and files.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of MDOT, Highway, or related transportation construction experience.
  • GED or high school diploma required.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
