As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel guest account information, handling customer complaints, and communicating with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready. You will also be responsible for managing room bookings, greeting and checking in guests, and recording credit card information. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems. Responsibilities:

* Ensure the accuracy of hotel guest account information
* Handle customer complaints and concerns
* Communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready

Qualifications:
