Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to oversee the technology infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of our systems. As a key leadership role, you will collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the Information Technology, Software Engineering, Programming, and PLC Engineering departments.
  • Act as a liaison between those departments and upper leadership.
  • Create and manage capital project budgets.
  • Work with Corporate Project Manager to execute various continuous improvement projects.
  • Work with quality assurance department to ensure all necessary documentation is completed to meet ISO/FDA requirements.
  • Maintain company network and server infrastructure.
  • Prevent cyber security issues.
Qualifications
  • A four year degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology (relevant work experience might be considered in place of education qualifications).
  • At least 10 years experience in either Software Engineering, Information Technology, or PLC programming with the understanding of all three fields.
  • Experience with in house software development.
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle.
  • Exposure to a variety of programming languages such as C#, ReactJS, ExpressJS, Python.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Understanding of network systems.
  • Understanding of server equipment.
  • Understanding of internet security and data privacy.
  • Allen Bradley PLC experience.
  • HMI Screen Development experience.
  • FactoryTalk Site Edition experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to implement continuous improvements.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
