Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of continuous improvement and efficiency-focused plans to drive towards 15%+ Revenue growth.
  • Build and execute upon a predictable, measurable, and repeatable revenue growth playbook across the business.
  • Partner with the Chief Operating Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations of all business functions at the company including pricing strategy, customer/employee retention, contract capture and business development, and team growth.
  • Oversee the finance and accounting function to ensure timely monthly financial close, accurate KPI reporting, and other regulatory requirements (this role will directly manage a Senior Accountant).
  • Be a people-leader for our organization, and empower the right individuals to grow and lead within our company.
  • Effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Lives in or is willing to relocate to the greater DC area.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in private-equity, investment banking, consulting or strategy roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Operator who enjoys problem solving.
  • Financial acuity; firm understanding of how to read and analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
  • Enthusiasm to continue to scale an organization.
  • Energized by a high-growth environment and opportunity for increased responsibility.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to communicate complex information at varying levels of detail.
  • Spirit of continuous improvement to implement new processes.
