Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.
  • Advocate for data-informed decision-making and continual enhancement of processes.

Required Skills

  • Solid financial expertise with a proven ability to establish strategic financial goals.
  • Extensive operational management experience, preferably in a non-profit context.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years of proven executive-level experience in organizational leadership, particularly within a nonprofit setting.
