Job Title: Director of Revenue Management

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Management to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue management decisions
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Manage revenue forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and timely forecasting
  • Collaborate with hotel leaders and revenue management teams to develop and implement revenue-enhancing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in revenue management, with a strong understanding of revenue optimization strategies and techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hotel leaders, revenue management teams, and other stakeholders
