As a Procurement Analyst, Indirects, you will play a critical role in streamlining our non-Bill of Material (Indirect Procurement) sourcing data and providing excellent customer service to our bakeries and internal departments. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Excel to manage our SAP ECC and SRM database, Ariba Contracts, Ariba RFX, and Ariba Marketplace. Responsibilities:
SAP and Ariba Database Administration
- Apply knowledge and direction of SAP and Ariba work processes to manage database and RFX administration, manage vendor administration, and support conflict resolution, vendor registration, contracts, and other indirect procurement support for services and capital expenditures for the bakeries to ensure supply.
- Manage a variety of routine and non-routine daily contacts with multiple vendors, bakeries, accounts payable, IT, engineering, and others as needed to obtain information necessary to support using bakeries for their requirements. This information includes finding sources of supply, prices, and timing requirements of availability.
Projects
- Support sourcing activities, projects, inquiries, basic negotiations, supplier follow-up, etc. as assigned and directed by managers.
- Direct involvement with procurement software tools, accounting, finance, engineering, IT, and HR functions to requested deliverables.
Sourcing
- Supports analysis and data entry for various procurement categories.
- Develop relationships with bakery contacts to support business needs and predict changes and updates needed for seamless ERP.
- Assists with the administration of RFP / RFQ / RFI.
- Supports bakeries with supply challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement, engineering, finance, or accounting preferred.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Superior critical thinking skills and ability to structure analyses to solve poorly defined problems.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and research abilities are necessary.
- Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Prior experience with SAP and Ariba are preferred.
- Central Time Zone 8AM to 5PM - Hybrid in office 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $67,000 - $72,000

The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed in this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. We provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs.
