At Las Palmas Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Pediatric ICU team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and has excellent leadership skills.

**Job Overview:**
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Pediatric ICU. You will direct and monitor nursing care, serve as a resource person for staff, and model a commitment to our organization's vision, mission, and values. You will also participate in the ongoing assessment of patient care services and collaborate with the management team to improve patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate unit operations to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care
* Direct and monitor nursing care to meet established policies and procedures
* Serve as a resource person for staff and provide guidance on clinical practice
* Collaborate with the management team to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

**Qualifications:**
* Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
* Licensure, Certifications, Training: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Estimated salary range: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience
