Pediatric Nurse Manager

At El Paso Children's Hospital Corporation, we are committed to providing high-quality patient care. We are currently seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Manager to oversee the delivery of care to our young patients. As a Pediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
The estimated salary for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. The location of the job is El Paso, Texas, USA, and it is a full-time/regular position.
Required qualifications include one or more years of hospital-based acute care experience, a current RN license to practice in the State of Texas, and current CPR certification by the American Heart Association. ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications are required within six months of hire, while T.A.B.L.E and ENPC certifications are needed within one year of hire. An Associate degree in Nursing is preferred, but a Bachelor degree in Nursing is required for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) unit. Meets unit-specific education requirements.
