Pediatric Intensive Care Nursing Opportunity

The Hospitals of Providence is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

About the Role
As a PICU RN, you will provide direct clinical patient care to critically ill pediatric patients. Your expertise and compassion will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient outcomes and enhancing the well-being of our young patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patients' conditions, and adjust care accordingly
- Supervise and mentor less experienced nurses to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
- 2+ years of experience in pediatric intensive care or a related field
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
