The Human Resources Generalist role is pivotal in managing all facets of the Human Resources functions at Misericordia University. This position encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities, including but not limited to benefits management, talent acquisition, payroll processing, employee training, wellness initiatives, workplace safety, and the utilization of ADP HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective employee relations and ensure satisfaction by educating staff on HR policies.
- Act as the primary liaison for addressing and resolving HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Support the execution of various HR functions with a particular emphasis on benefits and employment matters.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships between the Human Resources Department and other institutional units to promote the success of the University's objectives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related discipline is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of one to three years of professional experience in human resources is preferred, with a focus on benefits being advantageous.
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience may be considered.)
