Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for students, families, and community members.
  • Utilize center operations software to manage student schedules, maintain detailed notes, and assist the Leadership Team with center-specific tasks.
  • Support the Prometric testing center by checking in candidates, following Prometric guidelines, and maintaining a secure and organized environment.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating and distributing promotional materials, managing social media platforms, and maintaining websites for all franchise-owned Sylvan centers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.)
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience with email and text marketing platforms
  • Strong word processing, data entry, and administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
