Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to all customers.
  • Assist the Parts and Accessories Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
  • Handle phone transactions efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain merchandise displays that are stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
  • Highlight promotions, specials, and new inventory while suggesting complementary products.
  • Guide customers in identifying their Parts and Accessories needs and research items in catalogs.
  • Develop and share expertise in all Parts and Accessories products, including parts history and motorsports services.
  • Collaborate with Service Technicians to meet their Parts and Accessories requirements.
  • Notify service staff upon receipt of special or back-ordered parts.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization within the Parts and Accessories Department.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Exhibit fairness, courtesy, and respect towards all employees and customers.
  • Be punctual and adaptable to flexible scheduling.
  • Stay informed about Parts and Accessories merchandising and inventory management as directed by the Parts Manager.
  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with others.
  • Possess the ability to engage positively with a diverse customer base.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale and computerized inventory systems or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to locate parts and provide pricing using the appropriate catalogs for motorcycles.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Resume submission and completion of an online assessment are necessary for consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
