We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at UW Health University Hospital in Madison, WI.
Estimated Salary$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and be committed to improving healthcare outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing evidence-based clinical practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- Providing education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement innovative solutions to complex healthcare challenges.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A current RN license in the state of Wisconsin or compact licensure.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification (may be required).
- TNCC certification.
